The trustees of Broadbridge Heath Village Centre (registered charity number 1011613) have given notice the proposal to transfer the land and property held on the trust for the purposes of Broadbridge Heath Village Centre to a new Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO) which is being formed for the purpose of transferring the ownership and management of Broadbridge Heath Village Centre to a charity which benefits from incorporation.  - For more details please read the public notice shared here
